If you have to ask, it is a bad sign for both of us. Everything below is fixed price unless it says per day or per month. Prices in GBP, excluding VAT.
Pilot pricing
The first three organisations get 40 per cent off any team, engineering or leadership engagement. In return I ask for a written testimonial and a short case study I can publish. The individual rates are already the pilot rates.
Individuals

The small print
Four things worth knowing.
- All prices in GBP, excluding VAT, invoiced by UXD Limited (UK).
- Onsite means the UK. Travel from Cambridgeshire is charged at cost. Everywhere else is remote, in UK working hours.
- Remote sessions run on your tools and your screen, not a slide deck.
- Nothing of yours goes into a model during a session unless you have agreed it can.
Questions
Things people ask before they book.
- Which tools do you teach?
- Whatever you already have, or whatever fits the job. I use Claude and Claude Code most, and I am comfortable with ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor and local models. The ladder is tool-agnostic. The prompts and checks you build move with you when the tools change.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. The individual and team work assumes nothing. The engineering and leadership work assumes you know your own domain, and I will meet you there.
- Remote or onsite?
- Remote by default, anywhere, in UK working hours. Onsite in the UK for team, engineering and leadership work. I am based between Cambridgeshire and Zurich, and for now onsite means the UK.
- What happens to our data?
- Nothing of yours goes into a model during a session unless you have agreed it can. Part of every team session is deciding, in plain words, what never leaves the building. I will sign your NDA.
- Can you just tell us which tool to buy?
- I can tell you what I would choose and why, but I do not resell anything and I will not pretend the tool is the hard part. The hard part is the rung you are on and what it takes to earn the next one.
